Information collected
PMP collects the details you enter in the quote form, including your name, phone number, job postcode, description and any optional email address or roof photographs.
Why it is used
The information is used to respond to your enquiry, discuss the requested roofing work and arrange an assessment where appropriate. Optional marketing permission is separate and unchecked.
Storage and access
Enquiry records and photographs are stored privately. Public visitors cannot read lead records or access uploaded photographs.
Tracking
The source page and permitted campaign labels may be recorded. Customer names, contact details and job descriptions are not placed into analytics events or page addresses.
Before launch
The confirmed privacy contact, retention period and any approved tracking providers will be added before publication.
